Terms of Service

1. The short version

Use Clover to find scholarships and internships. Don't abuse it. We help you discover opportunities but we don't submit applications for you, and we don't guarantee you'll win anything. Use the app responsibly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clover. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. What Clover does

Clover surfaces scholarships and internships from third-party sources and matches them to your profile. We provide tools to track applications and draft essays. We do not:

• Submit applications on your behalf.
• Guarantee that scholarships listed are currently active or that the listing is accurate.
• Guarantee you will receive any award.

4. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile, the security of your login, and the activity on your account. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear to be abusing the service.

5. Pro subscriptions

Clover Pro is billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime through your platform's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.

6. AI drafts

Clover uses AI to help you draft applications. The drafts are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting your own work. Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work may violate the terms of the scholarship or institution you are applying to.

7. Invite codes and Pro weeks

Each user gets one permanent invite code. Anyone who redeems your code grants both you and them 7 days of Clover Pro. We may revoke Pro weeks earned through fraudulent redemption (self-redemption, bot accounts, etc.).

8. Third-party links and content

Scholarships and internships in Clover link to third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

9. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use the app to harass or deceive other users.
• Try to bypass swipe limits, AI quotas, or ad-gating with automation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service.
• Misrepresent your profile to game the matching algorithm.

10. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms.

11. Disclaimers

Clover is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific scholarship listing is currently active.
